I will be exporting that topo surface to Autodesk revit and there i will use it as a filter so that which of my building can reside on that topography. If yes where can I get it? Hi Matthias. Any of these software programs in the link below will be able to open a TIF. And for most of them, you can just drag and drop the TIF file from windows explorer directly into the program. And what steps do I have to follow to get a nice height map? But the image modus seems to be set off. And when I change it to 32 bit and then back to 8 bit I still have complete white areas, what would disiturb a 3d elevation mesh.
